Our pasta is cut with traditional bronze dies to maintain an authentic texture that cooks perfectly and absorbs the flavors of any sauce. Each individual piece of pasta is carefully looped over wooden rods or laid out by hand to air-dry in wooden cellars for three days. Finally, our premium pasta is hand-packed to ensure you have the the freshest, best-tasting pasta you will ever buy. Dagostino Pasta requires half the cooking time of commercially produced pasta.
