When you order from Camellia Brand, we do our very best to ensure that your order will arrive in good condition. If for any reason your order does not arrive in good condition, simply notify us via phone or email for a prompt, courteous replacement or refund.

Shipping & Handling

We currently offer UPS domestic Shipping.

Shipping costs for dry beans, dinner mixes and merchandise are calculated at checkout, based on order volume.

Orders over $35 USD qualify from free shipping options (Excluding 25lbs. offerings).

All orders ship Monday – Thursday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders must be placed by 2pm CST to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

Gift Options

All gift options ship free with Economy Shipping of 5-8 Business Days.

Gift Options are excluded from the $35 USD free shipping threshold, as shipping costs are padded into the purchase price. Gift options (Including Build your own Bundle) always ship free, unless other items included in your order require shipping and handling fees.

Faster shipping methods are available to choose at checkout for additional fees.

Additional fees for faster shipping methods are determined by the chosen Mail Carrier and dependent on order weight and shipping distance.

25 Pound Bulk Beans Shipping Policy

This section outlines our shipping procedures, including rates for our 25-pound bag offerings and a breakdown of zone-based pricing by state.

All 25 lbs. bags are shipped with standard shipping time of 3-4 business days. We reserve the right to decide the mail carrier during fulfillment.

Shipping Zones & Rates

Once you add a 25 lbs. bean offering to your order - shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your entire order and the zone of your shipping destination.

For example: if your order contains one 25-pound bag and one 1-pound bag, your total order weight will be 26 lbs.

Zones are grouped by state as follows:

Zone 1: Louisiana
Zone 2: Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas
Zone 3: Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee, AA, AE, AP
Zone 4: Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina
Zone 5: Arizona, Delaware, Washington DC, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia
Zone 6: Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Wyoming
Zone 7: California, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Vermont, Washington

Shipping zone is determined automatically based on your shipping address.

The above rates ONLY apply to our 25-pound bag offerings, for several reasons:

Heavier Shipping Tier: Our 25-pound bags are subject to higher shipping rates due to weight and handling needs.
Separate Shipments: These items may ship separately from the rest of your order or within several boxes, and may arrive on different days.
Shipping Distance: The more distance between us and you, results in a higher fee from mail carriers. The shipping fees we charge allow us to continue to offer our 25lbs bags of beans across the country.

Free Shipping (U.S.)

Enjoy FREE Shipping every day, on online orders with a subtotal of $30 or more*, shipped anywhere in the contiguous U.S. (This excludes States and Territories such as: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Virgin Islands.). We reserve the right to determine the method of shipment.

Missing Orders

If your order has a proof of delivery, we suggest checking with neighbors who may have received it by accident. If you still cannot locate your delivered order, we suggest contacting the local office of the postal service used. In most cases, the package can be retrieved. In rare cases you may need to file a claim with the carrier service.

While we cannot take responsibility for orders after the carrier service receives it, you can contact us at weborders@lhhco.com and we will try our best to help.

International Destinations, Military Addresses and Shipping Outside the Domestic U.S.

At this time, We currently ship only within the continental United States.

This excludes States and Territories such as: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Virgin Islands.

We recommend having it shipped to friend/family member in the U.S. and then them shipping to you OR ordering from one of our wholesalers or Amazon.

Military mailing addresses in the US have a unique format that must be input in a specific way. If the address is entered incorrectly, then the order might not arrive to the intended recipient.

There are 3 different types of US military address:

Army/Air Post Office (APO)
Fleet Post Office (FPO)
Diplomatic Post Office (DPO)

The recipients name must be entered into the Name field, but their rank is optional.

The PSC and BOX numbers for AP addresses, or the UNIT and BOX numbers for FPO and DPO addresses, must both be in the Address field.

The City field must contain only APO, FPO, or DPO. Don't enter the name of the city.

United States must be selected in the Country/Region field.

Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific must be selected in the State field. These location might be entered in abbreviated form by your customer as Armed Forces America (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), or Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
