Camellia Brand Bean Subscriptions
Introduction
Welcome to Camellia Bean Subscriptions! We offer a range of subscription options to enjoy our premium dried bean varieties conveniently delivered to your doorstep on a consistent basis.
Camellia Brand Beans provides subscription services. By subscribing to our products and services at checkout, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until the end of your billing agreement or until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time.Â
Subscription Options
We offer the following subscription options:
Build Your Own Bundle: Choose 6 bags of one-pound beans of your choosing from our selection of 19 dried bean varieties to create your custom bundle. Available in 3-month or 6-month subscriptions.
Individual Bean Subscriptions: Subscribe to any of our 19 dried bean varieties, at any quantity. Subscription deliveries range from every 1 month, every 3 months, or every 6 months.
Billing and Payment
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery.
Billing Frequency: Subscription billing frequency ranges from monthly to every 6 months, depending on your chosen subscription option. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. You agree to the chosen billing frequency when you purchase your first subscription. You will receive a reminder email before each billing cycle to allow you to have time to make changes.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions continue until manually canceled, or if a renewing order is skipped.
Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. Subscriptions orders placed before cancellation will be fulfilled.
NOTE: When you cancel your subscription agreement, you will receive a confirmation email that states you will no longer be billed. If you do not receive this cancelation confirmation email, your subscription may still be active. Please contact us if you cancel your subscription but do not receive a confirmation email, so we can ensure you will not be billed.

Signing Up: Subscribe to your preferred option while shopping or checking out on our website.
Account Creation: Create an account on our Shopify store to manage your subscriptions.
Managing, Cancellations or Editing Subscriptions
Build Your Own Bundle: You can manage your Build Your Own Bundle subscription by navigating to the top right corner of our web page and clicking on the person icon. From there select "Manage Subscriptions" and follow the prompts.
Individual Bean Subscriptions: Manage subscriptions via the following link: Subscription Management Portal.

Pricing and Discounts
Build Your Own Bundle: Enjoy a 10% discount on your custom bundle subscription.
Individual Bean Subscriptions: Receive a 10%, 15%, or 20% discount on each bag of bean subscribed - discount depending on your subscription frequency.
Subscriptions may not be eligible to combine with other store discounts.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Payments, Shop Pay, & Venmo as valid forms of payment.
Subscription Changes
At this time, we do not offer subscription upgrades or downgrades. However, we can switch products in current active subscriptions. Contact our customer service team at weborders@lhhco.com for assistance.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for Subscription orders. If a Subscription order arrives in poor condition, we offer refunds within 30 days of delivery.Â
