so, i thought i would give them a try. In comparison to the packages of beans i have gotten from grocery stores, these were definitely better. when sorting, i thought they were clean and not a bunch of shriveled beans to toss. they cooked up nice, no tough skins and very creamy inside. i got a variety pack and have only had the black eyed peas and red beans so far...which were fantastic
